Mr. Santwier is admitted in California state courts and U.S. District Court, Central District of California. He is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and University of San Diego School of Law. Recipient of the Jerry Giesler Trial Attorney of the Year, Criminal Courts Bar Association, 1993. Recipient of the Donald R. Wright Distinguished Service Award, Pasadena Bar Association, 2004. Author of California Criminal Law Practice and Procedure Chapter, “Jury Deliberations and Verdict,” CEB, 1986.
